General Guidelines for Presenters and Preparation of Full Papers
- Authors should upload the Full Paper for initial submission to the EasyChair system. Details of all authors must be added to the Authors section of the EasyChair submission page.
- Authors should include names of authors and their affiliations in the Full Paper at initial submission. Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
- Submissions must not have been published or be under consideration elsewhere. If plagiarism is detected, papers will be rejected without further consideration.
- All submissions will be judged based on originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the conference.
- Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee, who will also evaluate and select the Best Paper Award winner.
- Submissions must adhere to the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format. Papers should not exceed 13 pages (excluding a bibliography of a maximum of 2 pages).
